Amadou Sanneh originally from Senegal burning plastic from copper wires salvaged from the dump site. He sells the copper to buyers who send it to Senegal for it to be made into jewelery. Pickers at the Kombo Municipal Council dump site at Bakoteh. A number of the pickers have other jobs but use the proceeds from selling recyclable materials to supplement their low wages.
