(LEFT) Sarjo Cham, with a picture of his brother, murdered Gambian parliamentarian Mahawa Cham. In 2014, Cham was lured, along with Gambian businessman, Saul Ndow, to Senegal, where they were ambushed by ‘the Junglers’ - President Yahya Jammeh’s personal hit squad - and kidnapped. Testimony by one of Jammeh's 'Junglers' at the TRRC (Truth Reconciliation and Reparation Commission) revealed they were brought back to president Jammeh's home village of Kanilai and hacked to death at an area called the 'camel Farm’, and then disposed of.
